Wellington, FL (May 13, 2013) – International equestrian sensation, Danielle Goldstein, owner of Starwyn Farms in Wellington, Florida dished some valuable insight when she was recently interviewed for an exclusive video featured on SidelinesTV.  Show host Rob Jordan was able to catch Goldstein just before she set off for Israel to ride in the National Championships, and captured some behind-the-scenes scoop on what it’s like to be an international equestrian with dual citizenship representing and riding for Israel.  She explains that equestrian sport is quickly growing in Israel, which currently has only around 200 stables in the whole country.  Recognizing this at a very early age, she spent over a year, and a lot of paperwork, to get her Israeli citizenship. “I think people were shocked a little bit,” Goldstein tells Jordan, “there’s not that many people who choose to actually get Israeli citizenship and then represe

nt Israel in riding.”  She goes on to explain that everyone has been very supportive in her quest to be a show jumper on the Israeli team.

For Goldstein, innovation, determination and passion have been a driving force throughout her entire life.  Since the young age of 15, she has contributed her visionary talent to developing innovative projects that support and grow the equestrian industry. In addition to creating and managing Starwyn, Goldstein also developed a groundbreaking International Equestrian Education (IEE) series, which she also discusses in the interview.  This program was offered for the first time this year when she worked in conjunction with the Winter Equestrian Festival to launch this innovative and exciting 5 week long course.  She explains how the IEE is designed to provide valuable knowledge, understand

ing and insight for young riders and adult amateur equestrians, as well as many others involved at all levels of the equine industry. Participants had the opportunity to learn from top professionals in the industry covering a vast amount of material and topics such as the basics of horsemanship, stable management, grooming, tacking, and schooling area safety and etiquette.  Also, general topics such as FEI standards, jumper course design, veterinary and hoofcare basics, legal contracts and business essentials were covered.  Goldstein also offered scholarships to high school students to enroll in the program as a way to engage young people with a passion for horses.

Goldstein said she is excited to be going to Israel and then on to Europe, and she is already determined to put together the first Israeli Nations Cup Team yet this year.
