In this video we evaluate the stiff horse and why some horses warm up better in the trot vs the canter. We also look at why you might canter one horse earlier than another in the warm up. Creating and implementing the best warm up for your horse is more science than art. This video will help break it down into pieces that you can easily apply at home.
