Charlotte Bredahl Developing Uphill Balance in the Frame
Some horses have a natural tendency to fall on the forehand in the dressage work. In this video Charlotte Bredahl Baker works with a young rider to develop an uphill balance with her horse. In doing so the rider is better able to engaged the hind quarters and increase the quality of the gaits in each movement of the dressage test.
Finding the right frame is different for every horse and rider in dressage. This video shows a PRE horse which can be tricky to find that balance and the correct frame.
