The Foundation of Rumors, Lies and Gossip in the Horse World
Being a good horse person also means not spreading lies, gossip and rumors. So why are so many of you doing it unconditionally? I have had what I would consider, very intelligent women unfriend me this year when I said they were bullying riders by sharing pictures that had popped up on day old web sites just to bash them. So ladies and gentlemen, I am asking you to be better people. Our sport is snobby and pretentious and yet when people are held accountable for their actions they run the other directions so today I am making moves the other direction and calling people out on it. Two years ago we started the hashtag #rideabovehate when it comes to riders but I want you to consider what you share as well. So think before you share.
