Do Horses Hate Heather Blitz? Flies Or F**K Off?
There has been a lot of talk about Heather Blitz and Praestemarkens Quatero after the won the Intermediare Championship at the Festival of Champions this week. When interviewed about the two moments featured in this video this was Heather’s response:

“While circling the ring before the bell he shook his head, and then again during the test, which Blitz believes was due to his sensitivity to the flies. But despite that, he still scored a 74.04 percent to finish second behind Jennifer Baumert and Handsome (75.53%) and win the championship.” Chronicle of the Horse.

Since we have a full playlist of Heather Blitz videos on several different horses and they all do the same thing under saddle I beg the question, was it really flies that were bothering the horse or do horses actually hate Heather Blitz and her style of riding? What do you think?
