Discipline Creates Freedom
I stopped in at a local wellness clinic here in Wellington for a brief Tony Robins seminar, what I learned about motivation and success can be applied to dressage so I thought I would take a moment to share these thoughts. Go out there and be awesome. Make the changes you need to make to succeed. Be disciplined about it. Discipline not only creates success, but freedom.
