Cavaletti Training for the Dressage Horse
Cross training is important for any athlete and as we head into the winter month’s for many of us it is time to start looking at ways to keep our horses entertained in an indoor arena. Adding cavaletti work or gymnastic training for horses is a great way to have some fun and add some additional strength training to your horses’ training program. This video will show you how to set the distance of a grid for the cavaletti then it will show you some common mistakes people make as well as a fun way to challenge you and your horse to be even better at mastering the cavaletti for dressage!
